Returns + Exchanges
All returns and claims must be authorized by YOOMEE by email within 7 days of purchase. You may receive a 100% store credit or an 80% refund of your purchase price before shipping costs once the item has been returned in its original condition. Any used or altered merchandise will not be accepted. We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail, so please collect your tracking information and insure the package for good measure. Allow 1-7 business days for refund to post.
If an item was damaged by the shipping company during transit, please include photos of the packaging and the product.
Items that are custom made or listed under the sale section are considered a final sale.
